Hi Salties and all others.

Have joined before many years ago but can’t remember user or passwords as per usual so reborn anew 😉
Background in sailing and growing up on a island in the Smith Group Whitsundays, Australia. It has been many years since any real sailing other than chartering a Lagoon recently ‘2012 to deliver parents ashes back to Farrier Is.
Currently working on/ to clean up the household collection of useless life stuff and get back onto the water.
Myself and son (18yrs special needs) will start searching for a Lagoon 40ish... by later this year.
Getting back onto the water will replenish the sole but mostly I’m in hope of giving my son some hands on life skill that I believe wills see him better through life when I can no longer be there for him.
Planning too head up and down QLD Australian Coast too shake out the cob webs and get some lessons learnt before we head Pacific or NZ or wherever the tied takes us or wind blows us.
Perhaps will meet a likeminded mermaid along the way to share life and experiences with, or we may just get a puppy 🐶 time will tell.
Looking forward too getting salt air back into lungs and away from four walls and a fence.

See you out there one day.
