Hi from Singapore
I have been racing, cruising and delivering yachts in Singapore and surrounds (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China) for the past 10 years and I am at the stage in my life when I am starting long term planning for my dream blue water cruiser to sail around the world. All my sailing in the past has been in a hurry, including a 3 week blast across the Med from Palma in Spain to Santorini in Greece.

I look forward to being part of the community during my journey as I go through the decision making process.

Welcome SayLa! I am at an exact same point as you - 10 yrs of sailing in a hurry, now finally getting around to planning for long term cruising with family. In fact, our planned cruising grounds are your neck of the woods - we LOVE (!!!) SE Asia. Which boats are you looking at? New or used? Where do you plan to cruise?
