Hi from Nova Scotia!
Greetings all, I'm a sailing newbie with dreams of wintering down south and sailing Canada's ocean playground in the summer months in a few years. I'm very happy to have found this site and am already gleaning information from all the excellent posts and threads. I'm a Red Seal Mechanic and Commercial diver.
I am looking forward to corresponding with many of you about all things sailing!

Whoa! Nova Scotia .... must be very beautiful where you are!

You may know there is another Nova Scotia (called New Caledonia) down there in the South Seas. One day you can sail from New Scotland to New Scotland and back ...
