Yo!
I'm hailing from the Tampa Bay area and finally have the cash flow to start seriously saving for my
liveaboard. A little about me: Became obsessed with sailing at 10 after going to a summer camp in MA that had a fleet of old Capri's and Sunfish's and have been finding people to let me shlep around on their
boats ever since. I travel all over for
work, which zaps a ton of my time and has put my mind elsewhere when it should've been on the
water since moving down from Charlotte, NC in 2010... sailing/liveaboarding was the majority of the reason I chose to move here before getting this gig!
I'm in a spot these days to get back out there and start
learning everything (literally, I want to learn everything) from some diehards, so if any of you are around the area (seen a few already) then let me know if you have room for one more in the future. I
work for a company that manufactures gas
service equipment (
Dilo | Zero Emissions. Zero Substitutes.) and I do most all of the on-site tech work, so if you ever need an extra hand then I'm more than happy to help! I'm quite mechanically inclined anyways, so if I don't already know about something then I tend to pick up on the basics quick.
Looking forward to see you guys out there! Slainte!
