Hello To Everyone
Long time reader of the Forum. I've been an East Coast (Long Island) monohull sailor all my life. Finally retired, I'm looking forward to relocating to the Tampa Bay area where I'd like to buy a cat and do some cruising. I enjoy this site immensely and look forward to participating.

Dont know about any "cats" ,but the IRS is about to auction off a 1987(?)Irwin 46.8 down in Tampa minumum bid $48,000 aprox...If interested google : IRS"come sail away" Irwin sailboat auction in Tamba Fla..Good luck with your plans..

I hope to possibly retire one day in the Tampa area myself and follow the same dream. Unfortunately retirement is still a little farther into the future for myself. Lol Best of luck in your retirement.
