I just bought my first sailboat (a Kenner Privateer 26) back in January, and having found this forum helpful on multiple occasions I thought it would be a good idea to join in. I hail from the Pacific Northwest (specifically the Portland/Vancouver region), and since sailing is still rather new for me I look forward to asking all kinds of questions and meeting fellow sailors

For all of your celestial navigation questions: https://navlist.net/
A house is but a boat so poorly built and so firmly run aground no one would think to try and refloat it.
I sailed the Puget sound for about 3 years before hauling my boat up in Port Townsend and rebuilding it there for the next 4, then just sailed to Alaska.
If you have any questions on sailing in the area I will be more than happy to answer.
