Hello from the Big Apple!

Hi all.

I moved to Long Island Sound (NYC, to be precise) from the Chesapeake Bay (DC suburbs) a few years ago and have been busy working and helping to raise two children ever since. Now the kids are big enough that it's time to get back on the water and the resources offered by this forum look like just the thing to help me through the myriad questions facing someone in the market for a boat.

welcome , you will like it here, lots of information and good tales. I purchased my boat in south jersey, a mac 25 and trailered to nova scotia, love the area down there, as well i work in the aviation industry as well, aircraft dispatcher, hope you enjoy it here
