Greeting to all. Not currently an owner but have been researching for a while now. My end goal is to reach a comfortable place in my business where I feel it can be ran by employees. If it was just me I would leave now on my seaward journey, but I have responsibilities to them and their families. Also, it gives me the time to research properly I feel. Having never sailed by the wind, only the 5 years I spent aboard in the US Navy out of Pearl Harbor, HI. I look forward to meeting and discussing topics with many of you. Thank you in advance for you assistance and advice.
