Hello from SohCahToa

Hello all,
I am pretty new to the forums and have enjoyed what I have seen so far. I am currently on a LaFitte 44 with two of my friends and we are about 350 miles from completing a very quick circumnavigation. We left from Seattle, but our 'circle' began in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We are right now anchored in Zihuatanejo awaiting a new transmission after ours decided that going in forward just wasn't it's thing anymore.

We have had an amazing trip so far and some trials and tribulations along the way. Our website is Adventures of the Sailing Vessel SohCahToa and we have almost 2000 pictures up along with a bunch of movies.

For anyone that is thinking of heading out I would say that the hardest part of this whole trip was casting off on the first day. Making that break from the 'real world'(whatever that is) was scary as hell. So I'd say, just do it. And in the immortal words of Captain Ron. . ."If it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen out there".
