Hello from SF / Chicago

Hello, I've been watching this forum for a while, but never taking part.

I'm located in San Francisco and get out on the water 3-4 times per month.

I'm currently in Chicago and would love to get out on the lake this weekend. Any members in the area or does anyone have any good recommendations.

Here's a video I took on my last outing from Santa Cruz/Monterey for those who are interested. I took it for my family that I'm sure thinks that sailing in California means warm sunny skies and sipping margaritas.

Looked like a good day for sailing. I'd say welcome to the forum but you've been a member for sometime I see. Glad to see you posting

Well, it took you a while to get around to saying "Hi" but what the heck, from someone who has been around here for much less time than you have, a hearty "Welcome Aboard" to you. Let's hope your posts become more frequent...James

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Looks like a warm sunny day in Monterey Bay. Got chased into Moss Landing by the fog a couple years ago in July. Its a nice area to sail.
kind regards,
