Hello from North Carolina

Hello everyone. My name is Billy. My exwive and I (yes you heard right...exwive) have discussed living on a boat for many years. Now that the kids are up and out, we have been looking. We can't wait to meet new friends in the sailing world and have so many questions to ask.

Re: Hello from North Carolina

Welcome.

I would suggest updating your profile with your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly. If you need help setting up your profile then click on this link: https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...ml#post3308797

I would happily help more if the link above is not enough.

Re: Hello from North Carolina

Nice area, central to the cities and the mountains, just a bit of a drive to the coast however.

Florida is hot most of the time not warm.....

Just sayin after 12 years there and no real seasons, but if you haven't been, it will be an adventure.

Re: Hello from North Carolina

When we go to Florida, most of the time we stay in the Keys. That's where I'd like to stay
