Welcome

The only place I’ve been in DR was Luperon and the water was ....... well ......

Get books by Dodge, Pavlidis, and Van Sant - they’ll tell you everything you need to know about working your way east from Miami through the Bahamas and on to the east coast of the Dominican Republic.
