Re: Hello from Mexico

Hello Michael. Welcome to the CF! My parents keep their boat in San Carlos, beautiful country around there with great sailing. We hope to be headed that way ourselves next summer! Have fun...

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, Michael.

One of us spelled your name wrong. My apologies, if it was me.

Welcome! I hope you have a wonderful time in the Sea. We were there 3 years ago and loved it. It's a beautiful area with amazing sea life. The people are friendly and food is great. Enjoy your time there.

Re: Hello from Mexico

Hi Micheal,
Welcome aboard to the Cruisers Forum! We are planning sailing this summer in the Sea of Cortez as well. Our boat is in San Carlos - you? Are you headed north to Bahia de los Angeles? That's our plan - hopefully our paths will cross and we can swap some stories!

Katie and Mark

Re: Hello from Mexico

Eventually yes. But I will be heading to La Paz at the end of the week for a month or so. Then back here and over to Bahia de Los Angeles. I'm sure we will cross path's at some point.

Re: Hello from Mexico

Greetings I am new to this also...however, spent two weeks every year for 16 years boating the Sea of Cortez...Bahia de Los Angeles---Mulege--Loreto, is what I know best. Anchored at most every island between, and caught just about every kind of fish in the "Sea".

Enjoy the Sea, it's got some great surprises.
