Hello from Florida!
Howdy,
Jacksonville FL here with a desire to get into sailing. I have been researching online and trying to absorb what I can especially YouTube videos. Visited this forum several times and decided to join. Looking maybe to crew initially since I'm without a vessel and mostly do daysailing, and maybe branch into cruising and racing at some future point. Considering joining a local yacht club as well. Currently in process of taking online boating course. Will want to purchase a vessel sometime next year and I'm sure this forum will be of great assistance in all aspects.

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good to have you here and you are doing some great research. Try to get a hands on basic sailing course done before you buy. It'll let you know whether you really like sailing or not.
