Hello from Florida

We are new to this forum, and look forward to chatting! We are cruisers, who have visited the Bahamas and Virgins on our boat. We are planning a trip back to the Virgins in 2008. We would love to hear from anyone who has cruised there recently, particularly about how they got optimal internet and phone service onboard. Fair winds!

Hi and welcome! cruised the Virgins and Dutch Antilles recently. Hadn't much use for internet on board (charter) but noticed yachties using Digicel mobile connect cards for laptop internet use around the marinas and bars. Phone service was good on or near the islands, but practically non existant offshore, but that could be our European phones - I'm sure others will help you more. Welcome to the forum!!
