Hello from Alameda, CA.
A quick hello from a long term lurker. One question, has Charlotte had the baby yet?

Haven't had any problems, been there for 5 years, two different boats. They just replaced the planking on both of my finger piers, sweet, the admiral is happy.

Sorry, Charlotte is Eric/Rebel Hearts wife. My wife and I were recently in La Cruz and meet her and their daughter.

Re: Hello from Alameda, CA.
I do like it at Marina Village, but it is hard to justify an extra $65 a month for exactly the same slip that I could get at Fortman, 1 mile down the estuary.

Re: Hello from Alameda, CA.
For being right there.... Docked at the shops, restaurants and bars??? I couldn't berth there anyway.... I would only spend say.... An extra $1000/month or so on temptation....

Re: Hello from Alameda, CA.
But Fortman is quite handy for Svendsens chandlery, which for me represents a far greater temptation...
