Hello and short intro

Hello to all,

I've just joined after lurking for some time in this forum (measured in years). I've been a sailor pretty much my whole life, including working in the marine industry for short stints at different periods in my life.

I plan to retire onto a sailboat and am currently looking to buy the boat to retire onto. My projected time frame to finally be living on the boat is between 2 to 3 years from now, depending upon lots of unknowns.

I hope these trying times finds everyone safe and healthy.

Re: Hello and short intro

Welcome to the forums, dlj! I’m also new here, lifelong sailor and about to buy my first “big boat” (35 feet ).

Good luck with your boat search. I’ve found that the looking is maybe the best part of the process.
