Hello All
Hi,Just registered as I have just purchased a william Garden design transworld 41{like a ct41}that needs a heap of work done to bring her back to her former glory before I can sail off into the sunset, and recon theres lots of knowledge here at cruisers and sailing, looking forward to chatting with you all

Welcome, Pauliebear... Garden designs are favorites the world over. I was aboard his personal boat, Toad, in Port Townsend a few years ago and met him... a wonderful old man, absolutely unique as a designer and an icon of the sailing world. If you have one of his designs and it is in reasonable condition, it is a real find and great to refurbish. It will keep you busy during those long NZ winters! Cheers, Capt Phil

Hi Capt Phil, yeap they sure are a regal yacht.there are so many well thought out features on board.she sure needs lots of stuff on board to stiffen her up.This one needs quite a bit of tlc as she has been a marina queen most of her life. am enjoying the cruiser forums, cheers Paul
