Hi, I'm Belle! I'm 16, and not yet sailing, but I want to start to learn as soon as possible. I'm here to just learn about the life and about sailing in general so I have a slight idea of what I'm getting myself into, haha.

Hi Belle, welcome to CF. Sailing is a great hobby. depending on where you live, you should be able to Learn in a school, yacht club or dingy club.
Take your time, only sail with people who are calm and relaxed. The ones that like to yell aren't worth being around.
Check out any local marinas, you might just meet some old timers that want to pass on their knowledge to a new generation.
