Have been absent for a couple of yrs.

Moved from Texas to Miami last month. Researching small catamarans to live aboard while coastal cruising Florida. Budgeting about $130000 for purchase. Looks like a Gemimi Legacy 35 best fits the bill. My lady and I are in our mid seventies and she's out of shape, so comfort and ease of handling are priorities, as well as air conditioning.
Anyone familiar with the Legacy ?
Words of wisdom about it and coastal cruising?
Thanks in advance !
