Hello!

While I do not yet own a boat, being a liveaboard sailboat owner is my goal. I've a few years to wait before custody issues allow me the freedom I need. But mentally I am on the water every day.

My purpose here is to learn, prepare and enjoy the culture. I look forward to my email every day with links to new topics and threads. I love reading about everything here...the serious topics, trouble shooting, problem solving and always present assistance. Awesome.

I also get a good laugh reading members' anecdotes of their adventures.

I am happy to be here.

Welcome Pajamas. I also have the dream of one day living aboard and cruising on a sailboat! I am originally from NE Ohio as well, I grew up in Streetsboro and my wife graduated from Kent State. We moved to Dallas, TX about 4 year ago. There are a lot of great smaller lakes and rivers in Ohio you can use to get into the water for the time being!
