Just a short intro and hi. A friend an I are planning an extended voyage into the Carribean starting the spring of 2008. At present there lots of planning involved and lots of discussions. Joined the forum and community to learn learn learn as Ive never done this before. From my brief review of the board, this sound like an interesting group of folks and interesting discussions. Looking forward to lots of reading and thanks for letting me be part of this.

Actually not much hence Im on a big learning curve. The boat is my friends, a recently purchased older Ericson 35 that will be retrofit this year and he was kind enough to invite me to come along for as long or as short as I want. He's well seasoned. So what other possible response could there be...but....when do we leave..
