Greetings from Ottawa
Just dropping a line to say hello.Been bitten by the sailing bug this year, and cant get enough of it. Hitting the water as often as possible, with the eventual goal of hitting the bahamas and sooner or later circumnavigating. Been reading the discussion boards, and been getting a lot of useful info. Will be posting some questions i have later, but in the mean time I'm just enjoying learning the ropes and reading as much as I can.

Welcome, and I'm sure you will find all your questions answered here, but we are wondering which club you might be sailing out of if in fact you are. Our home club is Nepean Sailing Club on the Ottawa river, great folks there.

At the moment I sail out of the Britannia Yacht Club, as that is the club most my friends are moored at. Good to see another ottawa native!
