Welcome aboard :-)
My 2 cents:
Picking the boat to crew on is very important, the crew must be team oriented, the captain
knowledgeable and easy going. The boat seaworthy
. I recommend looking for family
run boats, they are almost always looking for help, the boats are well maintained and safety equipment
up to date. Being a woman, there is a particular concideration for safety
from guys that get ideas when the shoreline fades into the horizon, stay safe.
