My partner has grown up on the
water and owned numerous
boats as most kiwis do; however I am just
learning to sail, currently on a Raven 26.
The name Clewless came about due to my lack of sailing knowledge and the play on words, but I have a sense of
humor so I went with it.
We are looking at
purchasing a
Jeanneau 54DS between now and April 2018 somewhere in the
Med to escape the
winter and spend 6 months cruising and the other 6 months put the
boat in
storage.
I am in
research mode and came across this forum so I'm hoping to pick the brains of people that have or are currently sailing in the
med for information.
I am really excited about our future plans and want to be prepared both on and off the
water.
If you are in the Med between April and October 2018, we hope to meet you. Will advise the name of
boat when we make the
purchase.
