Greetings

My name is Schaf I'm sailing the Pacific NW out of Victoria.BC. My Vessels Name is Phalarope , she is a Fortune 30 a cutter rig with a five ft bowsprit. I've been reading the forum for years and have enjoyed it very much. This forum helped me with a lot of answers before I even had the questions.I purchased Phalarope last summer and am enjoying her very much.
I restored and installed this windless on my boat recently and I'm hoping someone here can tell me where it was made as there are no markings or tags on the castings.Click image for larger version

Re: Greetings

Welcome to CF - lots of good info here, I'm sure someone will be able to identify it for you.

If the rest of your boat is as nifty as that windlass I'm sure we'd all love to see some pictures!

Welcome to CF!
You may want to post your windlass question separately so it draws the attention of the CF experts.

Howdy Schaf!
Welcome Aboard CF.

You have a question about Deck Hardware.
I suggest you start a new thread topic in the following sub forum on CF

Deck hardware: Rigging, Sails & Hoisting - Cruisers & Sailing Forums

Good luck!
