Great Salt Lake Sailor Here

Just signed up on the forums, great initial impression. I'm a young (mid-twenties) man, and I grew up sailing on various lakes in Utah, mostly the GSL. I consider myself a pretty able sailor, but I have a lot to learn! I'm new to being a boat owner and skipper, but am loving it. I own a Ranger 26 on GSL and intend to learn her every quirk, and bring her back to life and really make her my vessel. I think this community will lend me much of the assistance for which I will be asking in the months to come. Ahoy! And safe sailing!

Thank's a lot! How would I go about seeing if there are other users at the GSL? I'd love to talk to some other skippers, and maybe sail on some other boats!

Re: Great Salt Lake sailor here.

I think your this post is probably as good as any
You did the right thing including your location in the introduction.
Other members in area will often respond.

If not try a general post or ask a specific question about the GSL.

You can also search for posts on the GSL. Use the search function at the top near the right.
