Empty nesters dreaming of full-timing.

Greetings,

With three years to plan when our final child finishes at Texas A&M, we are planning to live-aboard full time and ultimately live life in the slow lane. Looking forward to this lifestyle.

Fair Winds, Cruisers.

Hi, there, Bubbles Up,

Welcome aboard CF.

Re: Empty nesters dreaming of full-timing.

Welcome to CruisersForum!

I would suggest updating your profile with your general location and your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly. If you need help setting up your profile then click on this link: https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...ml#post3308797

I would happily help more if the link above is not enough.

Re: Empty nesters dreaming of full-timing.

Bubbles Up bring on the empty nest. We had dinner onboard our yacht without the kids last night. First time ever, the peace only lasted 2 hours but it felt good.
Here in Australia once your kids are in University you're considered free.
Cheers
