Checking in with a first post

Hi all,

Posting the prerequisite newbie greeting. Not new to boating however new to the forum. My wife and I spend our (all too short) summers boating in the Georgian Bay area of the Great Lakes.

We bought our current boat a 1989 35 foot Sea Lord (commonly known as an Oceania Sun Deck) in 2016 and she was purchased expressly to loop. We've spent the last few years making improvements and adding the equipment we want for our trip which will hopefully take place 3 years from now...that's only 4 boat launches away right?

I've found forums to be a great place to gather information and sound out ideas and am looking forward to meeting those of you who take the time to share.
