Captain Fou. I am the guy that stopped by today, in the red truck, and helped you catch the horses. It was good to see you again. I was with the
alabama army national guard unit, that came thru you neighborhood, clearing roads after huricane katrina. i was blown away, with your story about how you swam out to you 40 some odd foot
boat, in the 30 foot storm surge, (of course the
boat has no motor). Then you pulled it around by the tree tops. When you thought you were close to were your
dock should be, you dropped your
anchor, and went to sleep in the boat, and road the storm out. you told me, when the
water went down, you discovered that you had hooked your
dock with the
anchor..... So here i am, just days days after this devastating storm. Listing to you tell me this story. And then you point out this huge boat. All the other boats for miles around, are upside down, or destroyed. And yet, yours sits perfectly next to the dock, as if there was never a storm. Im a believer.....Anyways, it was good to see you again. Oh yea, i made to
Houston safely. good luck with the horses. they seemed a bit stubborn
