Newfoundlander who is no stranger to boats /
boating but have zero sailing experience. 54 YO I'm looking at
retirement sooner than later. I've never been able to figure out where I want to retire and then it struck me, I will spend several years exploring the
Caribbean Islands on a sailboat. I am registered for an introductory "how to" course this summer and to be honest, I'm having difficulty thinking of anything else!
I have about 10 years to get some experience before I retire and
head south. Airline pilot who loves anything to do with adventure and experiencing new places. This forum looks to be just the thing to keep me on course.
Thanks in advance for what will surely be a lot of
newbie questions.
