Bob

Seeking some history regarding a delivery disaster on a transit between the NE US and the Carribean sometime around 1980. The vessel pitch poled and rolled a few times and was abandoned. Some loss of life and some survivors. Not the Trashman. Thanks

Hi Bob. May I ask what info you are seeking, and why? Can't offer you any info, but I am sure those who could would like to know.

I saw a film on the Science Channel today (12/31) that spoke of the Trashman tragedy and I recall a similar event from the same era but cannot remember any of the details as shared with me by one of the survivors. Just trying to fill in some of the faded voids in my memory base.

Outstanding. Hope you find the info. Funny, as we get older, how much we remember that we forgot.
