Ahoy from NC, USA

I'm here in hopes of learning from and meeting some of you as the 1st mate's and my sailing adventures unfold. I had found a Chrysler C-22 setting neglected for nearly 12 yrs in 3 different back yards. It took 3 yrs to get the previuse owner that only got it from his neighbor because he knew I wanted it, to let me have it in trade for a VW engine. It only took a short but enjoyable time to get it sea worthy and an even shorter time to get hooked on the Chrysler sailing vessles. Our 1st time out was a 3day outting and we knew we wanted to cruise, so we set our search for a Chrysler C-26 that was bluewater capable, with the thought that it could take awhile. Was I wrong, we were just nearly given a very nice fixed keel C-26 that was much more then we could ever expected. We have already stayed aboard a few weekends getting it ready for our first cruise to bring it back to Beaufort NC.

More as the adventures unfold. sail boat pictures, photos, and videos, from friends & fun on webshots

Those are some good looking pictures of her.
Whats up with the rocket engines/stove!
Sounds like you're having a blast with her.
