Talking AHOY!!!
Long time sailor (since Boy Scouts) exploring the possibility of buying a boat for cruising and racing. Skippered many boats and crewed many boats for racing.

Looked at a J 30, Catalina 36 and a few other miscellaneous.

Like the idea of at least a rear stateroom if not dual bunks.

I also wouldn't mind if it had a decent rating. Speed is good. Draft isn't too big a deal for me.
