Ahoy!
hi. my name is Faruk i live in NY. i have sailboats since 06. my first was venture 17, then catalina 22. currently i own am albin vega 27. i purchased the vega with the drem of doing some passages. recently i ve been fixing her up, installing stuff. really appreciate the knowledge of the fellow cruisers. keep sailing.

Hi Faruk and welcome to the forum. The Albin Vega 27 is a nice boat and good choice for a small boat for a passage.

I can relate. While I did get to do one cruise before starting work I had 7 1/2 years of labor to get my boat ready for more sailing. Hope yours goes much faster.
