Hello,
I’m the original tropictramp, new to your website.
21:52 N 157:51W
I’m getting ready to make a crossing from SD to Home, Unfortunately under power the whole way.
The boat I’m taking on this crossing doesn’t carry near the fuel for a trip.
I’ve been jumping this puddle for many years not worried about that, just need to find a good deal on fuel bladders, any thoughts would be welcome...

Not sure where you are or how much fuel you need to carry, boat type etc.
Turtle pacs are very good bladders, but not cheap.
For years we used blue plastic barrels that were available cheap, they held about 50 gls and I believe were used to carry concentrated orange or maybe apple juice, but I strapped them onto the swim platform of a Sportfisherman to give us extended fishing time and it worked fine.

Thank you for saying that, a64pilot. I was reluctant to raise the point. Bladders might best be reserved for permanent installations. Blue plastic barrels will even fit down a passageway if necessary, and don't mar the bright work.
