What’s the boat equivalent?

Spotted on the interstate in Texas and had to get a pic. The shiny new truck is so incongruous with the camper. I am just baffled and intrigued and wish I could have had a conversation with the driver. This guy could totally be a cruiser if he wasn’t on land.
He even has a harpoon on the side of the camper!
