I haven't seen a comprehensive or even really coherent list of problems, but nothing sounded really structural. Some leaking hatches, some unsealed conduit in a bulkhead, genset wouldn't start, davits came loose, that sort of thing. I'm not sure it's beyond the realm of normal punchlist stuff, but knowing the buyer's plans, I guess the yard should not have let him sail off.
£400k of legal fees! Ouch!
