If you don't, either you search around or go to your profile and look through your subscribed threads. This is a major PITA, IMHO, and this is the only forum of the hundreds I have every spent time in that works this way.

Same problem as mentioned earlier. Click on a post and it comes up anywhere it pleases, first or middle or near the end.

Generally I like the changes. I particularly like the way it's organized. I'm completely lost however when trying to use the search function. With the old system I could find what I was looking quite easily. I have had "0" success with the new search function - very frustrating. I assume I'm doing something wrong, but simply havn't yet taken the time to figure it out or ask the right people. I'm sure if I knew how to do it, it would work well

I'm used to it and like the new features ... or maybe I never found on the old one? Anyway, works for me.

I hate the way it jumps to some random post when there is more than one page....Just about EVERY other forum I am on has the page numbers under the topic heading and you can CHOOSE which page you want to go to...no idea why that doesn't happen here....

Is it a random post? If I've been following a thread while signed on and I go back to that thread later it starts right at the last post I read. That's handy especially on the long winded threads.

In the words of the immortal Bobby Darren (as performed by Buddy Holly & the Crickets):
“Well, you're gonna miss me
Early in the morning
One of these days, oh, yeah
Well, you're gonna want me
Early in the morning
When I'm away
Hey, hey, don't you know ...”

Glad to see I am not the ony one having problems with clicking on a thread, and it taking me to wherever it wants, rather than the beginning.

It refers to the New look of the Old Forum, Dr. Dave, and even that's somewhat misleading . . . this new skin was applied in late July.
