My ex-wife started taking flying lessons about the time our divorce started and she got her license shortly before our divorce was final, later that same year.

Yesterday afternoon I got a phone call, that she narrowly escaped injury in the aircraft she was piloting. Seems she was forced to make an off-airport emergency landing because of bad weather. It was lucky that our kids weren’t with her.

The preliminary report cites pilot error: She was flying a single engine aircraft in IFR (instrument flight rating) conditions while only having obtained a VFR (visual flight rating).

The absence of a post-crash fire was likely due to insufficient fuel on board. No one on the ground was injured.

The photograph below was taken at the scene to show the extent of damage to her aircraft.

According to the experiment I conducted, people in certain parts of the world cannot see images linked from glamisdunes.com, facebook.com and 9gag.com. All 3 of those websites have members from all over the world.

However, the members here can see the images on 9gag.com if they click on the direct url.

Unless I'm mistaken, this indicates that the problem with linking images lies with cruisers forum.

While I would love to be omniscient and omnipotent, alas, I am not. Because of those shortcomings, I will only take responsibility for issues that I directly control, not for how a website chooses to filter images.

You keep whining at me, and you are, quite literally, shooting the messenger, while ignoring the real culprit. Your refusal to help troubleshoot the problem has since invalidated your privilege to bitch about it. Don't want to help? Fine.

Then don't whine about it.

It's not that I don't care, it's that I have no control over it. Remember, I'M the one who tried to troubleshoot the problem, you're the one who refused to help with a simple "yes" or "no."

Again, the world does not revolve around you. I am still posting jokes for those who CAN see them. Why should they suffer because of you?

It is not about you. People are pissed off censorship from their home countries, but did not realize the reall problem - their governments, law enforcement, copyright policies and geo fencing. The Internet is broken and even US companies help those to filter and supress content, produce misinformation and bias.

This is not a joke unfortunately.
