Thats funny, this one must have been around half of the globe at least.
My boyfriend told me a German version of this TODAY, and he does not even speak a lot of English. :-)

Re: The New Joke Thread

Socaldmax, your image posts are working fine here in The Last Best Place, a.k.a., 406 Country.

So not going to use that shower.

Funny thing those that are quoting your post image have the image show up when they post their response. E.g. Nope, NZ still fails.

I learned something new today. In the Joke thread. Who would have known?

One inconsistency is with the lamb; I always though that muoton was a name for sheep's fur, not the meat.

I don't think so. Perhaps a fluent French speaker could help us.

English ➛ French
lamb ➛ agneau
mutton ➛ le mouton (masc) or la brebis (fem)
sheepskin ➛ peau de mouton
sheep meat ➛ viande de mouton
sheep fur ➛ fourrure de mouton
sheep wool ➛de laine de mouton

I wonder how much meat sold as lamb is actually mutton? Thatís the case for humans as well.

Long Pig decribes flesh of a human, intended for eating.
Derived from 'puaa oa', a phrase originating in the Marquesan language to euphemistically refer to cannibalism.
According to the Smithsonian magazine:
Human Flesh Looks Like Beef, But the Taste Is More Elusive
Itís like pork. Or maybe veal

Nothing funny (or strange ) about it. Whether you can see the image or not still depends on where you are viewing it from. because of the linked site's geo-blocking, unless your IP address falls into a limited range assigned to one of a few countries, you will not see the image whether you are looking at the original post or another post which is quoting it.
