Re: The New Joke Thread

One day a florist went to a barber for a haircut. After the cut, he
asked about his bill, and the barber replied, 'I cannot accept money
from you, I'm doing community service this week.'
The florist was pleased and left the shop.
When the barber went to open his shop the next morning, there was a
'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.
Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill,
the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you, I'm doing
community service this week.' The cop was happy and left the shop.
The next morning when the barber went to open up, there was a 'thank
you' card and a dozen doughnuts waiting for him at his door.
Then a Member of Congress came in for a haircut, and when he went to
pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from
you. I'm doing community service this week.' The Member of Congress
was very happy and left the shop.
The next morning, when the barber went to open up, there were a dozen
Members of Congress lined up waiting for a free hair cut And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between
the citizens of our country and the politicians who run it.

Watching this historical thingy on youtube about California.
How maybe 170 years ago there weren't many people in the area.
Then this one guy found this one piece of gold.
Then lots of other guys came out looking for gold.
Then lots of women came out - the kind of women
who follow men who follow money.

So first the gold diggers came out, then the gold diggers came out.
****

Political correctness has gone too far.

And after Political Correctness some of the gold diggers came out.

Now I can't wait to vote.

Things to do make a list.

Remember to vote.

Re: The New Joke Thread

Two Czechoslovakian friends were visiting the zoo. One leaned over the edge of the polar bear pit and fell in. He was quickly gobbled up.

The zoo keeper came over mortified and asked the crowd what happened. One man spoke up and said the male polar bear swallowed him whole.

Immediately the zoo keeper took a knife and cut the male polar bear open only to find him empty. He then quickly turned to the female polar bear and did the same this time saving the mans life.

What lesson did the zoo keeper learn?

Never believe them when they say the Czech is in the male.

So, first he checked it out, then he outed the Czech.

Good move!

Ok, some folks didn't get National Leftovers Week.
But the Star Trek one was funny.
