I wonder if, as this goes on, that 'fashion' masks will become a 'thing'?

I know there are already plenty of patterns for homemades and others that are more fashionable than the standard hospital 'donald duckbill', but could we, eventually, see a new form of headgear emerge as an 'away from home protection device' and thereby see a new form of 'fascinator' emerge as a corona-fashion item?

If so, can I hereby coin 'corona-couture'..???

Probably all it will take is for Paris or Kim K to #Instagram their take on it, and boom - thirteen year old girls will go nuts for them....

Part of me hopes it won't catch on but then I realized it will mess up facial recognition so now part of me hopes it catches on!

Buzzman is right, if a big name promotes it on anti-social media it will be big!

Re: The New Joke Thread

Apologies to Eigen for the Kim K reference - I should have written:

- insert name of vapid social media or 'reality' star -

Re: The New Joke Thread

My friend who works as a beautician wants to learn Eastern European languages.

It sounds challenging, but I know she's going to nail Polish.

Re: The New Joke Thread

My wife stormed into the pub last night as me and the boys were downing shots of tequila with salt and slices of lime.

"You're coming home now!" She screamed

"No, I'm not," I laughed

She said, "I'm talking to the kids."
