stability of damage??

hello guys,
I am currently working on a project on numerical investigations on damage stability on a vessel.
I chose MAXSURF Stability module for doing the damage analysis.
For validation of the study, I have to find equilibrium analysis of box cross-sectioned vessel with two interior tanks filled with liquid cargo and damage applied on one of the tanks.

I need to whether it is possible to input specific damage on preferred locations and with specified dimensions in MAXSURF.
Or suggest me a software to get the final equilibrium position of cargo filled vessels with damage.???
