Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Welcome Tex. I think we're all on the same wavelength about the relationship not a hookup thing.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

I agree Coco! But this is also kind of an in joke, because in my professional life, when I had one, I worked with fruit flies.

Thanks for the welcome and Hi to all the members. I am glad to be here. I am on a dating site and it won't match me up with people who sail. I wonder if there are any?

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

in user cp there is a place fro social groups--we are there with a heart....cooool...

HAY!! how long ye been in la cruz de huanacaxtle?? are you in marina or anchored??? do i know ye????

i was there from spring 2012 to last fall when i went to zihuatenejo, then here.....after my summer in banderas bay , then my summer so far, here--i will say--come on down--barra rocks in summer--safer than banderas bay and prettier. excellent anchoring here, unlike in la cruz--what isnt to love--and we have a french baker with winter delivery to boats in lagoon.

oh yeah--the summer rates here are so much better than in banderas bay--i am at 25 cents per foot ..... much more affordable--but then we dont have katrina....lol

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Got it, thanks. Not in the marina at La Cruz yet. Seatrial on the Tartan33 this SA. If goes well, will be moving it to LC. Have been living part time in Sayulita the last 3 years and made a few friends. Been sailing off/on for the last 40 yrs.-last was helping friend Baja Bash in March. Will probably hang in LC until I learn the boat (slow learner) and trick her out the way I want her. Then probably north to Golfo followed by south. Have visited Barra and lived for a few months in La Manzanilla & Zihua. Hope to meet up w you some time. Any tips you can give me on LC will be appreciated.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

dont go to mikee for sail repair...if you do , you will be meeting mr hogin sails in barra for repairing of the repair that was done poorly.

please add marital status to your cf profile--it goes into the narrative about you....thankyou!

sounds like you have a good project going--shoudnt take much sailing on banderas bay --is a place of good sailing, but crappy anchorage..lol

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Thanks. But I don't see a field for marital status. Do I just put it in the "Biography"?

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Hi pkopf, welcome to our group! I should be heading your way this fall, once the stormy season is over. If zee is still in the neighborhood, we could have a party.
