Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
Hello,
Posting here to introduce myself. I am a single mid thirty something female in Fort Lauderdale, in South Florida. I love to sail, but have been unfortunately landlocked for the past couple years. I have experience with bareboating and cruising aboard monohulls. I'm also an experienced diver. I am interested in meeting a fellow sailor, preferably here in South Florida/Florida Keys/Bahamas. Fair winds and following seas to all!

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
SeahorseFl,
If you would desire to meet other single sailors with boats in Ft Lauderdale, come to the social meeting of the Single Sailors of South Florida. We meet every Thursday at the Lauderdale Grill, 1901 Cordova Road in Fort Lauderdale.(off 17th Street causeway), we start to gather at about 6PM and enjoy drinks, dancing and socialising
Need more info.......call me at 914 656 5952. My name is Fred, and I sail a 38ft Irwin center cockpit sloop.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
Leaving PV today to go to La Crus for the night and then heading back north to the Sea of Cortez. So many things happening, weather is getting hot, life needs to be less stressful.
See some of you in the Sea of Cortez this spring maybe?
Enjoy, be safe

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
Lookoutnw, I will be there in late spring. That is if I really do get my boat out of Panama. And if I don't get stuck in Barra with Zee!

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
OMG it's friggin frigid outside! I'm now REALLY looking forward to my move down to Daytona this Oct. I'll spend the winter there and after my sister comes down for the 500 I'll be off to Key west and beyond. Not sure where I'll end up but thinking USVI.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
Hell, I'm thinking of doing the bash or clipper route up to SF, Portland and Seattle. It sounds crazy but would be convenient. Please discourage me with tales of red tape and rules and bureaucracy before I act rashly.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux
I had my plans all set for years today written in the sand and a friggin' wave wiped 'em away. Mexico is part of me but whether it's in my future depends on how long my carcass lasts. The states is getting weirder and weirder. Good to be afloat, eh? We go where the wind blows. Is that lat 38's slogan?
