Some Moderation in the Caribbean

For those of you locals that responded to the invite to our home for a Pot Luck and an opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow Sail Netters and Cruiser Forum members I just want to say thank you for the warm send off we were able to give Ron ( Faster ) and his wife as they passed through on their way to the Caribbean.

It was great to get to know some of you on a personal level..and I cant wait to get out on the water with you all.

We had a great time! Thanks for having us over and letting our kids torment your house... they're not used to those . I know you can't wait until May 1st!!
Thanks Again,

Frank and Jody

Yes you did James...There were several of you long distance blokes that I would have loved to have over..

As you know Im on another forum as well "Sailnet" and one of the Moderators from BC and his wife were asking about car storage and accommodation at SeaTac Airport so I suggested for them to allow us to store their car and stay here and let us ferry them to and from the airport...Well that grew into an opportunity where others wanted to help out as well and to gather a bunch of local members whom had never met from both forums together for some fellowship and a pot luck dinner...We had about 15 members come...it was a great time and fun was had by all.........but there is still beer in the Keg to polish off so come on over your always welcome my friend and never too fashionably late..

Scott,

I really appreciated you and your family's hospitality. It was a great party and wonderful chance to put faces together with names.

The only problem is that it made me want to go sailing some more!

Hope to see you guys in the Islands this summer (or even sooner).
