Good one RAM that garlic looked good, root stock probably very old.....Your collection reminded me:-

We combine in a pestle garlic,capers,olive oil only a little(local),anchovies,butter and rocksalt.
Blend it all and roll up in foils about 1inch diameter and freeze.

Sliced on steak it's heaven!
