Comes with a 10ft pusher boat. Somehow I think that's exactly how it'll be used, too.

Re: Post the Worst "For Sale" Picture You've Seen.
The worst pic by far is one that does not represent the true condition of the boat.
I travelled to Virgin Gorda to look a Beneteau Idle after viewing pics and confirming the condition with the seller. On arrival I found that the pics posted must have been taken many years ago as I was greated with a gaping smile on the front of the keel, damage to the side of the hull where the boat was T boned,
blisters on the underside, the woodwork was trash, all the metal oxidized and all the glass could no longer be seen through, even the compass glass had gone black.
What I don't understand is that surely the seller must realize that at some time potential buyers will have a look at it and see it isn't what he claims.
Perhaps he was hoping to sell it sight unseen.
What you gonna do? On the bright side I had a great holiday snorkeling at the the baths. My fear is that my search for a boat is turning into a series of holidays.

Maybe a good question to ask is, when were the pictures taken? And then, don't settle for an answer like "Oh, not very long ago. Last time we were on the boat. Just recently."
That's when you say, "No, I want a date, or a specific timeframe. When, exactly? A year ago? Two? Five?"
If you can't get a clear, definitive answer to that question then assume that the pictures are very old, and do not accurately represent the current condition of the boat.

That's something every potential buyer needs to know before going shopping. I assumed the pictures were recent, as in currently reflect the actual condition of the boat. The first boat we looked at was close to what the pictures showed. And a boat that was just put on the market matched the pictures exactly.
But the first boat we saw on our trip East woke us up. And at that point we knew we needed to ask those important questions you stated above. And we also needed to tell our broker he needs to ask those questions too. We assumed he would have but we were wrong, again.

Hi Craig, sorry haven't been here for a while, how did you get on in your search?...Love the "series of holidays bit". I'm looking for a sensibly priced liveaboard Multihull. Some of them are being offered at silly money and often, not always of course, the asking price has no resemblance to what the seller will actually take..Also a good "Buyers Surveyor" can save a helluva lot of dosh and grief!..BTW, I used to live on "Nanny Cay" Tortola..Cheers,

Right on the button Julie. Also it may be an idea to find a "Buyers Surveyor" preferably one who does "not" know the Vendor or broker. When I was selling a boat in Florida and the broker learned the name of the buyers surveyor he groaned & muttered a few oaths..The surveyor saved the buyer almost $5000.00 due to finding a hitherto unknown tiny pinhole in a stainless water tank meaning that the cabin sole had to be ripped up to get at it and then replaced. Arrrgh''

This one made me laugh, especially the "Speed Boat" part:
Inflatable Speed Boat - $200 (west toledo)
Inflatable Speed Boat
Needs a patch for a slow leak.
Otherwise in great shape - Motor not included.
Cash Only - Local Pick up Only
West Toledo Craigslist if you are interested

Here's one. That aerial pic is the only one of the exterior. The other 4 are all of the salon.

And the exterior one is not current as the mast is in one piece.
