Perpetually Sinking Boat
I sure wouldn't want to try and cruise on it, or even sail it, but it sure would attract attention.

I looked at the pictures, and I don't see a rudder in the water. Does it have a directional prop for steering?

Unless I'm seeing things, but I see a rudder in every picture hanging off the back edge of the skeg. Sometimes it's turned to the side, at least that's what it looks like...
